摘　　要：目的　研究祁连獐牙菜 Swertia przewalskii全草的化学成分。方法　采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化 ,通过波谱方法及化学关联进行结构鉴定。结果　分离纯化出 15个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :1,7-二羟基 - 3,8-二甲氧基酮( )、1,8-二羟基 - 3,7-二甲氧基酮 ( )、1,7,8-三羟基 - 3-甲氧基酮 ( )、1,3,7,8-四羟基酮 ( )、1- O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖基 - 7-羟基 - 3,8-二甲氧基酮 ( )、1- O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖基 - 8-羟基 - 3,7-二甲氧基酮 ( )、7- O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖基 - 1,8-二羟基 - 3-甲氧基酮 ( )、1- O- [β- D-吡喃木糖 (1→ 6 ) -β- D-吡喃葡萄糖 ]- 7-羟基 - 3,8-二甲氧基酮 ( )、1- O- [β- D-吡喃木糖 (1→ 6 ) - β- D-吡喃葡萄糖 ]- 8-羟基 - 3,7-二甲氧基酮 ( )、8- O- [β- D-吡喃木糖 (1→ 6 ) -β- D -吡喃葡萄糖 ]- 1,7-二羟基 - 3-甲氧基酮 ( )、木犀草素 ( ) ,β-谷甾醇 ( )、齐墩果酸 ( )、乌苏酸 ( )和龙胆苦苷 ( )。结论　化合物 ～ 、 、 、 和Object To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Swertia przewalskii Pissjauk Methods The constituents were isolated on silica gel column chromatography and their structures were identified by spectral and chemical analysis Results Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as 1, 7 dihydroxyl 3, 8 dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅰ), 1, 8 dihydroxyl 3, 7 dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅱ), 1, 7, 8 trihydroxyl 3 methoxyxanthone (Ⅲ), 1, 3, 7, 8 tetrahydroxyxanthone (Ⅳ), 1 O β D glucopyranosyl 7 hydroxyl 3, 8 dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅴ), 1 O β D glucopyranosyl 8 hydroxyl 3, 7 dime thoxyxanthone (Ⅵ), 7 O β D glucopyranosyl 1, 8 dihydroxyl 3 methoxyxanthone (Ⅶ), 1 O D xylo pyranosyl (1→6) β D glucopranosyl] 7 hydroxyl 3, 8 dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅷ), 1 7 hydroxyl 3, 8 dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅷ), 1 O D xylopyranos yl (1→6) β D glucopytanosyl] 8 hydroxyl 3, 7 dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅸ), 8 8 hydroxyl 3, 7 dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅸ), 8 O D xylopyanosyl (1→6) β D glucopyranosyl] 1, 7 dihydroxyl 3 methoxyxanthone (Ⅹ), luteolin (Ⅺ),β sitosterol ( Ⅹ 1, 7 dihydroxyl 3 methoxyxanthone (Ⅹ), luteolin (Ⅺ),β sitosterol ( ⅩⅡ ), oleanolic acid ( ⅩⅢ ), ursolic acid ( ⅩⅣ ) and getiopicroside ( ⅩⅤ ), respectively Conclusion Compounds Ⅳ～Ⅷ, Ⅺ, ⅩⅡ , ⅩⅣ and ⅩⅤ were obtained from this plant for the first time
