摘 要:给出了锥球头铣刀上新的刃口设计方法 ,并给出锥面和球面上连续的新设计方法对应的刃口曲线求解模型 ;并从加工上与传统的与经线成定角、与轴线成定角及等螺距这三类刃口作了比较 ,不但解决了与轴线成定角时刃口在球顶近域不存在与二轴联动中砂轮轴需随时变换角度的难题 ,得到了新型刃口设计法对锥球头铣刀设计制造来说更优。The paper introduces a new designing method of cutting edge of conical ball nosed milling cutter and the defining model of the cutting edge corresponding to the new designing method;the new cutting edge is continuous on the conical surface and spherical surface.By comparison with the traditional definitions of the cotting edge i.e.the cutting edge with constant angle to the generator,the cutting edge with constant angle to the axis and the cutting edge with constant pitch,the problem of no cutting edge with the constant angle to the axis existing on the tip part of the ball nosed cutter can be solved.The problem of changing the direction of the axis of the grinding wheel in 2 axis NC machining can also be settled.It shows that the new designed cutting edge is benefitial to the design and manufacture of the conical ball nosed cutter.
