摘　　要：叙述了一种新型的自动重合控制器 ,提出了一种小电流接地保护的新方法。通过检测三相电流 ,对其波形进行矢量分析 ,检测出小电流接地故障 ,进而进行小电流接地保护。应用电压隔离采集技术 ,替代传统的高压 PT,避免了与 1 0 k V高压直接接触 ,提高了电力系统运行的可靠性。给出了从 CT中取能量作为重合器的电流型供电电源的新方法。文中阐述了该新型的自动重合控制器在环网上的应用 ,提出了一种全新的停电区域最小的顺序保护模式 ,该模式已经投入运行 ,效果良好 ,大大地提高了电网管理的自动化水平。A new type of automatic reclose controller is described in this paper.A new method of low current ground protection is provided.By detecting three phase current,vector analysis of their waveform is done and the barrier of low current grounding is detected.Then the protection of low current grounding is proceeded.By using practical technology of voltage isolation picking,the traditional PT of high voltage is substituted,the controller directly touching with 10 kV high voltage is avoided and Reliability of power system is advanced.A new method are presented about power source of current type which fetch electric energy form the CT for the reclose controller.Application of the new type automatic reclose controller in the loop network is also described in this paper.A brand new protective mode with sequence is prouided,so that the range of power failure is minimum in the loop network.This protective mode is put into operation and the effect is satisfactory.Automation level of controlling power networks is raised greatly.
