苗期不同光周期对西葫芦花性分化的影响

摘　　要：通过人工控制光照时间 ,探讨了不同光周期对西葫芦花性分化和氧化酶活性及其同工酶的影响。结果表明 ,从促雌效果和雌雄比率来看 ,均为短日的大于长日。究其原因 ,这可能与短日处理能降低过氧化氢酶活性 ,提高过氧化物酶活性 。After artificially controling sunlight time, the effect of sunlight period on Cucurbita peop flower sexual differentiation,oxidate enzyme activation and its isoenzyme were studied.The results of experiments shows that short sunlight time has more effect on promoting feminizing and enlarging male female ration.The probable reason is that short sunlight time can reduce CAT activation and accelerate POD activation,increase POD isoenzyme's bands.
