摘  要:为了促进发酵床废弃垫料的循环利用,设计5种发酵床,以锯末稻壳发酵床为对照,在对照发酵床中分别以15%、45%的金针菇菌渣或15%、45%的杏鲍菇菌渣替代等比例的锯末,饲养生猪100 d后测定垫料的化学成分及0、50、100倍垫料稀释液对小麦种子发芽率、主根长度及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:该5种发酵床垫料中的氮、磷、钾、铜、铁、锌、锰含量均居于合理区间,第二天小麦种子发芽率皆达到100%,彼此无显著差异。零倍稀释液的主根长度、SOD、POD、CAT活性极显著高于100倍稀释液(P<0.01)。同期该5种发酵床小麦种子的发芽率、主根长度及各种酶活彼此无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明锯末稻壳发酵床中分别添加15%、45%的金针菇或杏鲍菇菌渣对小麦种子发芽无不利影响。In order to promote the recycling utilization of waste litters , five kinds of litters for the fermen-tation beds were designed in this experiment .The control one was the mixture of sawdust , rice husk and corn powder, and the others were added with Flammulina velutipe or Pleurotus eryngii residues at the proportion of 15%or 45%to replace the equal amount of sawdust .After pig feeding on the five kinds of fermentation beds for 100 days, the chemical compositions of the waste litters were determined , and the effects of 0, 50 and 100 times of their extracts on wheat germination rate , main root length and activities of SOD , POD and CAT were studied.The results showed that the contents of nitrogen , phosphorus, potassium, copper, iron, zinc, manga-nese in the five waste litters were in a reasonable interval;the wheat seed germination rates were 100%on the second day ( P>0 .05 ) .The main root length and the activities of SOD , POD and CAT in 0 time extract were significantly higher than those in 100 times one(P<0.01).The germination rate, root length and activities of SOD, POD and CAT had no significant differences between the five waste litters at the same time (P>0.05). In conclusion , using 15%or 45%of Flammulina velitupe or Pleurotus eryngii residues to replace the equal a-mount of sawdust in control fermentation bed had no negative effect on the seed germination of wheat .
