摘 要:目的 比较两种弱激光照射对兔牙齿移动牙周组织中碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。方法 4 2只大耳白兔随机分为未加力组及加力 1、3、5、7、14、2 1d组 ,共 7组 ,每组 6只。于双侧上颌第一磨牙至切牙间拴结不锈钢螺簧 ,施力 80g。每组兔中 3只进行He Ne激光照射 ,另外 3只进行He Ne激光加CO2 激光照射 ,每只兔右侧为照射侧 ,左侧为对照侧。全部大耳白兔在不同时间处死 ,制作组织学标本 ,进行碱性磷酸酶染色 ,计算机图像分析 ,实验结果应用非配对t检验进行统计学处理。结果 激光照射后 ,牙周组织中碱性磷酸酶染色面积百分比在 3、5、7d组照射侧均明显高于对照侧 ,两侧比较在 3、5d组差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。碱性磷酸酶总数量在 3、5、7d组均呈升高趋势 ,以照射侧明显 ,3d组差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ;5、7d组差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。而两种不同弱激光照射的实验组间的比较 ,差异无显著意义。结论 He Ne激光照射与He Ne激光加CO2 激光局部照射均可提高兔牙齿移动牙周组织中碱性磷酸酶的活性。Objective To comparison the eflect of He Ne laser and CO 2 laser irradiation on the alkaline phosphatase activity in the orthodontic tooth movement in rabbits. Mothods Forty two rabbits were chosen and served as normal and experimental groups of 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 days with 6 rabbits each. A coil spring connected the maxillary upper first molar to the upper incisor and fixed bilaterally by a ligature wire. The force was 80 g. In every experimental group, 3 rabbits were irradiated by He Ne laser, another 3 were irradiated by He Ne laser and CO 2 laser. The left side served as control and the right one received as irradiation of low power laser. Through alkaline phosphatase histochemistry staining, the result was analysed by the computer image analyzing system and treated by statistics test.Results The total amount of alkaline phosphatase was detected and compared. It was higher in experimental groups than in control one from 3 to 7 day. The group of 3 day had marked difference, P<0 01. The percent of area of 3 to 5 day had marked difference P<0 05. Among the rabbits irradiated by He Ne laser or by He Ne laser and CO 2 laser, there is no significant difference. Conclusions The activity of alkaline phosphatase was both enhanced through He Ne laser irradiation alone or He Ne laser with CO 2 laser irradiation in the periodontal tissues.
