姑苏版刻古医籍《外科选要》及编撰者略考

摘　　要：古医籍《外科选要》 ,清道光癸卯姑苏刻本 ,常熟徐德钅圭编 ;而《中医外科医籍存佚考》称此书乃昆山人徐德钅圭撰于乾隆四十一年 ;常熟市地方志未载《外科选要》一书。经查考剖析 ,《中医外科医籍存佚考》有误。而徐编此书 ,选集前贤医论、医方、学术见解、临证经验等 ,不详注出处 ,不列凡例 ,这种编辑体例上的不严谨 。The ancient medical book Essence of External Diseases was compiled by XU De ji from Changshu in Daoguang 23rd year of the Qing Dynasty. Remains of Medical Classics on TCM External Diseases , however, claims that this book was compiled by Xu De ji from Kunshan in Qianlong 41st year. The book was not recorded in the chorography of Changshu city. The authors have found through textual research that Remains of Medical Classics on TCM External Diseases is erroneous. In compiling this book Xu De ji collected medical theories, prescriptions, academic opinions and clinical experience, but he failed to produce detailed reference information and guidance to the use of the book. This misplay should be pointed out and avoided by modern scholars.
