摘　　要：变电站改造扩建工程施工难度较高、安全风险压力大。以运行20年的黄山万安220 kV变电站改造扩建工程的管理为例,从项目安全、质量、进度、造价等几个方面分析了建设过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。A renovation and expansion substation construction will bring more difficulties in its process and higher risk in security.This paper illustrates with the management of Huangshan Wanan 220 kV substation renovation and expansion project,which has already run for 20 years,it analyzes the problems in project security,quality,schedule and cost which happened in the process of construction,and also brings forward solutions for these problems.
