自拟补肾健脾活血方治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟补肾健脾活血方对老年性骨质疏松症治疗的早期临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例老年性骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,依照就诊挂号单双号随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组予以维D钙咀嚼片、骨化三醇胶丸治疗,观察组予以口服中药汤剂补肾健脾活血方,4周为1个疗程,观察记录2组患者治疗前及治疗3个疗程后腰椎、股骨颈骨密度值及腰背疼痛症状的临床疗效。结果:治疗前2组腰椎及股骨颈骨密度对比差异不显著,治疗后,观察组患者的骨密度较对照组明显升高,组间对比差异性显著。观察组治疗后有效率96.7%,对照组治疗后有效率80%,观察组较对照组腰背疼痛改善临床效果较好,对比差异性显著。结论:中药汤剂自拟补肾健脾活血方是治疗骨质疏松症的一种有效、安全可靠的中药组方,而且能够显著减轻患者的疼痛、提高患者的生活质量。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of early senile osteoporosis treated with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue decoction. Methods: according to inclusion criteria, 60 cases of senile osteoporosis patients as the research object, in accordance with the doctor registration odd and even numbers were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group, control group received calcium and vitamin D chewable tablets, calcitriol capsules treatment, the observation group given oral medicine decoction Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe, 4 weeks for a course of treatment observed the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients before treatment and 3 months after treatment, the lumbar spine, femoral neck BMD value and low back pain symptoms records. Results: the bone density of lumbar and femoral neck in the first 2 groups were not significantly different, and the bone density of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant. The observation group after the treatment efficiency of 80%, compared with the control group of 96.7%, the observation group compared with the control group, the clinical effect of low back pain is better, the difference was significant. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine decoction Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe is the treatment of osteoporosis a effectively, safe and reliable prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, and can significantly reduce the patient's pain and improve the quality of life of the patients.
