复方黄柏液联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方黄柏液联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法复方黄柏液联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏(联合治疗组)外用治疗婴儿湿疹30例,与单用复方黄柏液(对照1组)、单用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏(对照2组)治疗婴儿湿疹疗效进行比较分析。结果联合治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照1组有效率为46.67%,对照2组有效率为70.00%,联合治疗组与对照组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,联合治疗组复发率为10.00%,对照1组和对照2组的复发率分别为33.33%和43.33%,联合治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组与对照组患者均无不良反应发生。结论复方黄柏液联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗婴儿湿疹安全有效。Objective To investigate the curative effect of compound cortex phellodendri solution combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods Thirty cases of infantile eczema were treated by compound cortex phellodendri solution combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream,and another 30 cases of infantile eczema were treated by compound cortex phellodendri solution and hydrocortisone butyrate cream respectively. The curative effects of the therapies were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of combined treatment group was 93. 33%,while the effective rates were 70. 00% and 46. 67% in treatment with hydrocortisone butyrate group alone and compound cortex phellodendri solution group alone. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Following up after treatment in one month,the recurrence rates of hydrocortisone butyrate group alone and compound cortex phellodendri solution group alone were 33. 33% and 43. 33%,while the recurrence rate of combined treatment group was 10. 00%,which was obviously lower than that of hydrocortisone butyrate group alone and compound cortex phellodendri solution group alone and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The combined treatment group and control group had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Compound cortex phellodendri solution combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream is safe and effective in the treatment of infantile eczema.
