摘  要:目的探讨应用三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损的临床效果。方法 52例颅骨缺损患者随机分为两组,试验组31例运用三维钛网行颅骨修补术,对照组21例采用二维钛网术中人工塑形。对两组的手术并发症以及术后美观度和两组手术前后脑电图(EEG)改善情况进行统计。结果试验组手术并发症发生率为3.22%,术后美观度平均值为(1.06±0.12)mm,EEG改善率为35.48%;对照组并发症发生率为23.81%,术后美观度平均值为(5.44±0.32)mm,EEG改善率为28.57%。两组手术并发症发生率和术后美观度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组EEG改善率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但全部患者手术前后的改善情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损吻合性好,并发症少,颅骨修补后EEG明显改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of three dimensional( 3D) shaping titanium mesh for repairing skull defect.Methods Fifty-two cases of patients with skull defect were selected as the research objects,who had been admitted since July 2013. 3D titanium mesh was used in the experimental group for repairing skull defect,while two dimensional titanium mesh was adopted in the control group for shaping. The two groups were compared in terms of surgical complications and improvement rates of preoperative and postoperative electroencephalogram( EEG). Results The complication rate of experimental group was 3. 22%,average degree of postoperative aesthetics was( 1. 06 ± 0. 12) mm,and improvement rate of EEG was 35. 48%. The complication rate of control group was 23. 81%,average degree of postoperative aesthetics was( 5. 44 ± 0. 32) mm,and improvement rate of EEG was 28. 57%. Two groups had statistically significant differences in surgical complications and postoperative aesthetic( P < 0. 05). There was no difference in improvement rates of EEG between the two groups( P > 0. 05),but there was statistically significant difference in improvement between before and after operation( P < 0. 05). Conclusion 3D shaping titanium mesh has good anastomosis for repairing skull defect with fewer complications. The EEG can be obviously improved after skull repairing. It is worth clinical popularization and application.
