腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术后应用不同药物治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床效果,预防术后复发。方法 50例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者行腹腔镜手术剥除囊肿后,随机分为3组。A组(16例)口服米非司酮3个月,B组(22例)口服孕三烯酮3个月,A、B两组为观察组;C组(12例)为对照组,未服用任何药物,随访1年观察3组复发情况。结果 3组总有效率分别为93.75%、95.45%和66.67%,A、B两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组与C组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3组复发率分别为6.25%、4.55%和25.00%,A组与B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组与C组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术后加用药物是预防卵巢巧克力囊肿复发的有效措施,米非司酮与孕三烯酮一样可以预防卵巢巧克力囊肿的复发。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the use of variousmedications after laparoscopic surgery in preventing the recurrence of ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods Fifty cases of ovarian chocolate cyst were divided into three groups A,B and C after cyst removal by laparoscopic surgery. Group A was orally administered with mifepristone for 3 months,group B with gestrinone for 3 months,and group C as control group without any medications. The recurrence situation of the three groups during one-year follow up was observed. Results The total effective rate was 93. 75% in group A,95. 45% in group B,and 66. 67% in group C; there was no statistically significant difference between group A and B( P > 0. 05); the differences between group A,B and group C were of statistical significance( P < 0. 05).The post-operative recurrence rate was 6. 25% in group A,4. 55% in group B,and 25% in group C; there was no statistically significant difference between group A and B( P > 0. 05); the differences between group A,B and group C were of statistical significance( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Additional use of medications after laparoscopic surgery is an effective measure to prevent the recurrence of ovarian chocolate cyst; mifepristone and gestrinone can effectively prevent the recurrence of ovarian chocolate cysts.
