摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查对腹股沟包块鉴别诊断的应用价值。方法对20例腹股沟包块患者进行超声检查,观察包块位置、大小、形态,并与术后病理或随访相比较。结果 20例腹股沟包块患者中,腹股沟疝16例,与手术诊断符合率为100.0%;淋巴结肿大1例,隐睾2例,与治疗后随访复查符合率为100.0%;超声诊断腹股沟囊性包块1例,手术病理腹股沟囊肿。结论彩色多普勒超声在腹股沟包块的鉴别诊断中具有重要作用。Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of inguinal masses. Methods Twenty patients of inguinal masses were inspected by color Doppler ultrasound,and the masses’ s position,size,form were observed and compared with the results after the surgery or follow-up. Results In 20 patients,there were 16 cases of hernia,and the coincidence rate of the results after the surgery was 100. 0%; 1 case of enlargement of lymph nodes,2 cases of cryptorchid,and the coincidence rate of the results after follow-up was 100. 0%; 1 case of inguinal cystic mass,and surgical pathology showed the cyst. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is very important and useful examination in differential diagnosis of the inguinal mass.
