摘　　要：按照企业电控技改的原则 ,对烟叶复烤厂技改中生产线的电气控制方案进行综合分析和评价 ,以选择出最适合企业的控制形式。结合企业的实际情况 ,综合分析和评价后认为 :复烤厂电控系统适宜采用远程分站形式 ,配以标准化的编程 ,使设备控制层的程序规范化 ,便于现场设备和电控系统的维护与管理 ,提高和稳定产品的质量。According to the technical reconstruction principle of electric control system, electric control schemes of processing line in tobacco redrying factory were comprehensively analyzed and assessed in order to single out the most suitable control model. Based on the actual conditions of the factory, it was suggested that in tobacco redrying factory the form of remote branch station equipped with standardized programs was preferable, and the standardization of the programs at equipment control level would facilitate the maintenance and management of equipment and electric control systems, and thus stabilize and improve product quality.
