灭囊灵对体外猪囊尾蚴的抑制作用和毒理学研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药灭囊灵在体外对猪囊尾蚴的抑制作用和本药的毒理试验结果。方法 :用猪胆汁体外培养法观察不同剂量灭囊灵对猪囊尾蚴的杀灭效果 ,小白鼠急性和大白鼠长期毒性试验采用常规灌胃方法。结果 :灭囊灵醇提物在体外对猪囊尾蚴具有明显的杀灭作用 ,16 7%浓度杀灭率达 10 0 % ,其ED50 为 5 18% ,LD50 大于小鼠灌胃 8g kg ,为临床人用量的 5 0倍以上。长期毒性试验证明 ,对大鼠无毒副作用 ,其最大用量为人体用量的 4 0倍以上。结论 :灭囊灵在体外对猪囊尾蚴具有明显的杀灭作用 。Objective:Investigate the inhibitory effect of Mienangling on Cysticercus Cellulosae in vitro,and its toxicity test results.Method:Observe the killing effect of different dosages of Mienangling on Cysticercus Cellulosae cultivated in poricine bile in vitro.Routine gadtric infusion was taken for the acute toxicity test in small white rats and long term toxicity test in large white rats.Results:Alcohol extracts of Mienangling owned marked killing effect on Cysticercus Cellulosage in vitro,the killing rate of 16.7% of its extract was 100%,ED 50 was 5.18%,LD 50 was 8g/kg larger than the gastirc infusion in small rats,being 50 times more than the human use in clinic.Long term toxicity test did not confirm any adverse effects,and the maximal dosage was 40 times more than the human use in clinic.Conclusion:Mienangling has apparent destructive effect on Cysticercus Cellulosae in vitro,and its use is safe as prove by the acute and long term toxicity tests.
