反相高效液相色谱法测定口菌灭漱口液中阿昔洛韦、替硝唑、环丙沙星的含量

摘　　要：目的　对本院自制的口菌灭漱口液中三种成分阿昔洛韦、替硝唑、环丙沙星进行含量测定。方法　高效液相色谱法 ,ZORBAXRSB -C1 8色谱柱 ,0 0 2 5mol/l磷酸—乙腈 ( 87∶1 3,三乙胺调至pH =3 1 6)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 90nm。结果　阿昔洛韦的回收率为 98 1 695 % (n =5 ) ,RSD =2 462 3;替硝唑的回收率为 1 0 2 0 3% ,RSD =1 9662 ;环丙沙星的回收率为 98 381 1 % ,RSD =0 9981。结论　该法可同时测定三种成分的含量 ,而且简便、灵敏、迅速。Objective To establish an assay method by RP HPLC for Aciclovir and Tinidazole and Ciprofloxacin in KouJunMie gargles.Methods ZORBAX RSB C 18 Column was used with the mobile phase of phosphoric acid-acetonitrle(87∶13,adjusting pH to 3.16 with triethylamine).The UV detection wave lenth was set at 290nm.Results The recover- ies of three compounds were 98.1695%, RSD =2.4623,102.03%, RSD=1.9662,98.3811% RSD =0.9981 respectively.Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate,it can be used for the assay of three ingredients in KouJunMie gargles.
