针刺疗法对病窦综合征窦房结功能的作用

摘　　要：目的　观察针刺疗法对病窦综合征的窦房结功能的作用。方法　 5 7例病窦房综合征患者于同时针刺人中、内关、足三里穴治疗前后进行窦房结恢复时间 (SNRT)、窦房传导时间 (SACT)和心率 (HR)测定。结果　 5 7例患者于针刺治疗前的SNRT(1783.6± 718.2 )ms、SACT (135 .7± 41.9)ms、HR(4 3.5± 5 .6 6 )bpm ,与治疗后SNRT(1338.1± 2 13.8)ms、SACT(1114.3± 2 3.6 )ms、HR(5 1.7± 9.46 )bpm对比有显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) 。结论　人中、内关、足三里穴同时针刺治疗对病窦综合征的窦房结功能有显著作用。Objective To observe the role of acupuncture on function of sinus nodal on sick sinus syndrome (SSS). Methods 57 cases of SSS were detected the sinus nodal recovery time (SNRT), sinus atrial conduction time (SACT) and the heart rate (HR) before they were acupunctured at renzhong point, neiguan point and zusanli point at the same time,and they were detected after that.Results The SNRT (1338.1±213.8)ms, SACT (114.3±23.6)ms and HR (51.7±9.46)bpm after acupuncture was higher than that (17.83.6±718.2)ms,(135.7±41.9)ms and (43.5±5.6)bpm before acupuncture respectively (P< 0.05) .Conclusions [WT絀t have obvious role that acupuncture at renzhong point,neiguan point and zusanli point at the same time on function of sinus nodal on SSS.
