摘  要:目的 :研究端侧神经吻合后 ,神经再生的可能性和再生纤维的类型。方法 :失神经后的兔耳大神经制成的端侧吻合模型 ,实验到期后对耳大神经纤维和相应的神经节进行HRP染色和CGRP的免疫组化染色 ,光镜下观察。结果 :神经端侧吻合第 6周 ,背根神经节内开始出现HRP阳性细胞 ,阳性细胞的数量逐渐增加 ,尤其是胞体直径在 5 0 μm以上的阳性细胞数增加显著 ;CGRP免疫组化的染色显示 ,背根神经节内的CGRP阳性标记细胞逐步增强 ,同时供神经纤维内的CGRP阳性纤维也渐增多 ,并跨越神经吻合口长入受神经体内 ,8~ 12周阳性标记细胞和神经纤维的增加均不显著。结论 :端侧神经吻合后再生纤维可长入移植体 ,纤维再生的顺序是细小类的纤维首先再生。Objective: To study the possibility of nerve regeneration and the types of regenerative nerve fibers after end to side neurorrhaphy.Methods:A rabbit model of the great auricular nerve end to side anastomose was established.HRP was injected into the receptor nerve, the sample were taken from C 1 to C 3 dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and anastomotic site.Then the technique of HRP labelling and CGRP immunohistochemical staining was used and the specimens were observed with optical microscope. Results: Retrograde tracing showed that HRP labeled neuronal cells were found in the sixth week, the amount of positive cells were increased, especially those neuron cells with a diameter over 50 μm. Immunohistochemical staining revealed that CGRP immunoreactivity of neuronal cells grew from weak to strong, and immunoreactivity positive nerve fibers arose in anastomotic site to enter receptor nerve.There were no notability change of the positive neuronal cells and fibers from the eighth week to the twelfth week.Conclusions: Regenerative fibers are able to go across the nerve gap to enter the grafted nerve.The fine nerve fibers regenerated firstly.
