聚氨酯油漆工人的某些免疫学指标变化的研究

摘　　要：某木工厂油漆车间15名工人,因使用聚氨酯油漆而长期暴露于TDI后,肺功能明显障碍,FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC和MMEF值明显下降,肥大细胞脱颗粒指数升高,其中4名工人有明显哮喘症状。另外,5名工人表现出TDI斑贴试验阳性,其中3名有明显接触性皮炎症状。Across-sectional investigation for allergology was performed in 15 workers exposed to high concentrations of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) during the process of handling polyurethane varsine in a furniture manufacture factory. Asthmatic reactions such as dyspnea, wheezing, wide spread lung rhonchi related to workshifts and contact dermatitis were abserved in 4 and 3 workers respectively by questionnaire survey. By pulmonary function tests, the workers showed significant decrease in FEV_1, FEV_1/FVC and MMEF. Patch test with TDI were positive in 4 workers. The increment of MCDI and serum total IgM, but not IgG and IgA, could be seen. Precipitating antibody and lymphocyte proliferation tests were negative. From these results, it was suggested that either allergic pulmonary effects or contact sensitization had happened in TDI-exposed workers in this factory.
