手部湿疹接触性致病因素探讨(320例皮肤斑贴试验结果)

摘　　要：320倒手部湿疹采用欧洲标准斑试系列,169例(52.81%)显示对一种或一种以上试剂阳性。女性对镍及钴的反应率高于男性,而男性对黑橡胶(含PPD)及对苯二胺的反应率则高于女性。职业性湿疹组对铬、镍、钴的阳性率高于非职业性湿疹组。对几种金属盐的敏感性在本组病例中显示特殊作用。皮肤斑试系列在探索手部湿疹接触性致敏因素中起重要作用。320 paticnts (198 women, 122 men) with hand eczema were patch tested to European standard series allergens. 169 patients (52.81%) reacted to one or more allergens. The most common allergens observed were potassium dichromate (18.75%), nickel sulfate (10.31%), cobalt chloride(8.44%), fragrance (6.88%), ethylenediamine (6.56%), paraphenylenediamine (5.31%) and carba mix(5.31%). Femalcs were more likely than males to have positive reactions to nickel and cobalt, males were more likely than females to have positive reactions to black rubber (PPD) mix and paraphenylenediamine. The incidence of positive reactions to Cr, Ni, Co in occupational hand eczema appeared to be higher than those in non-occupational patients. This study showed that sensitivity to metals seemed specific.
