摘　　要：建立沟通政府与高校关系的中介组织 ,既是我国高等教育主动适应市场经济发展的需要 ,也是高等教育改革实践进一步深化的需要。从系统论的角度看 ,高等教育系统的自治和外部环境对系统的要求之间的最佳结合点正是高等教育中介机构发展必备的外环系统。培育适应社会主义市场经济的我国高等教育中介机构 ,既要借鉴他国成功的经验 。To establish the intermediary organization that links up government and colleges is not only the demanding of our country's higher education to fit market economic development actively, but also the demanding of further reform on higher education. From the systematic view, the best combination point needed by the autonomy and external environment of higher educational system is the higher educational intermediary organization this is the necessary exterior system that is needed by the higher education's development.To cultivate the higher educational intermediary organization of our country that meets socialist market economy should not only refer to other countries ,successful experiences , but also be based on the realistic conditions of our country.
