摘　　要：目的 :研究自体骨髓移植治疗兔Perthes病模型的结果。方法 :抽取 5～ 7ml自体骨髓 ,结合钻孔减压植入Perthes病模型。结果 :自体骨髓移植组坏死骨修复较空白对照组活跃 ,骺板损伤处可见少量软骨细胞 ,单纯钻孔组以纤维修复为主。结论 :自体骨髓移植对Perthes病模型的坏死骨修复有一定的帮助 。Objective: To study the results of treatment in the Perthes disease model by bone marrow autotransplantation.Methods:5～7ml bone marrow were transplanted into the femoral head of Perthes disease model through the drilled hole.Results:Bone necrosis repairing process was more active in the bone marrow autotransplantation group than that in the control group.There were regeneration of some chondrocytes in the region of epiphyseal plate.Bone necrosis was repaired by fibrous tissue in the simple drilled hole group.Conclusion:Bone marrow autotransplantation may be helpful for the repairing process of bone necrosis in the Perthes disease model,but is useless for repairing the drilled hole in the epiphyseal plate.
