摘　　要：对充满磁介质的电涡流传感器进行了较为深入的理论研究 ,讨论了磁介质对抑制线圈阻抗温度漂移及测试性能产生的影响 .In this paper, a study on the eddy current transducer which fills with magnetic medium was made,and the influence of magnetic medium in eddy current transducer both to the control of temperature drift and the measurement performance was discussed. The research results can help to decide if the magnetic medium should be used in the eddy current transducer or not.
