摘 要:试验用30日龄Wistar纯系雄性大鼠39只研究了不同铁源的生物学效价。试验采用3×4因子试验设计 ,3种铁源为硫酸亚铁、赖氨酸螯合铁(Fe -Lys)和甘氨酸螯合铁(Fe -Gly)。以脱脂奶粉、玉米淀粉和蔗糖为基础的纯合日粮作为基础日粮 ,在纯合日粮基础上分别添加100、200、300、400mg/kg铁构成14种试验日粮。试验共13个处理 ,每处理3个重复。预试期28天 ,大鼠自由采食缺铁纯合日粮 ,试验期14天饲喂各试验日粮。试验结束时 ,屠宰大鼠 ,取得肝脏、脾脏、血液及血清样品 ,用于测定肝脏和脾脏铁浓度、血红蛋白、血清铁、血清总铁结合力和血清铁蛋白。试验结果表明 :①在本试验条件下 ,利用斜率比法 ,不同判据指标得到的赖氨酸螯合铁和甘氨酸螯合铁的相对生物学效价不同。②综合考虑本试验获得的回归方程的显著性和日粮铁水平对各测定指标的影响 ,作者认为 ,血红蛋白、血清铁和血清铁蛋白可以作为适合本试验条件的评价不同铁源的生物学效价的指标。设硫酸亚铁为100 % ,综合平均的相对生物学效价相应为 :Fe—Lys ,124 .3 % ;Fe—G1y ,118 .5 %。An experiment was conducted with 39 thirty day-old male Wistar rats to estimate bioavailability of different iron sources for rats.3×4 factorial design was used in this experiment.Rats were allotted randomly to thirteen dietary treatments with three duplicates ,and fed an unsupplemental basal dried skim milk and corn starch and sucrose diet(3mg/kg Fe, DM basis) or supplemented with 100,200,300,or 400mg/kg Fe either as FeSO4·7H2O,Fe-Lys or Fe-Gly.After having been fed iron-deficient basal diet for 28 days,rats were fed experimental diets for 14 days.Rats were killed and thier spleen and liver Fe concentration, hemoglobin, serum Fe, TIBC and serum ferritin were determined.The results indicated that: ①under the conditions of this experiment, performance, sp1een and liver Fe concentrations as well as hemoglobin were not affected by dietary Fe,but serum Fe,TIBC and serum ferritin were significantly affected by dietary Fe.There was a trend that diets supplemented with Fe-Lys of Fe-Gly improved rats performance.②with increasing dietary Fe, performance did not increased or decreased,but spleen and liver Fe,hemoglobin,serum Fe and serum ferritin significantly increased, TIBC significantly decreased.③using the slope-ratio technique from regression of common logarithm value of different indexes on mean daily Fe intake,it was found that relative bioavailability of Fe-Lys and Fe-Gly was different.④synthetically analysis of the significance of regression equations and the effect of dietary Fe on indexes determined in this study showed that hemoglobin,serum Fe and serum ferritin were sensitive indicator.If Fe form FeSO4*S7H2O,set as 100%,the relative Fe bioavailability values of other two Fe sources were estimated to be 124.3% for Fe-Lys and 118.5% for Fe-Gly,respectively.
