陆封型大西洋鲑发眼卵孵化及苗种培育试验

摘　　要：本文首次报道了陆封型大西洋鲑发眼卵孵化技术 ,孵化水温 3- 11℃ ,积温达到 14 0 - 2 2 1度日破膜孵出稚鱼 ,孵化率北京房山 87 6 % ,黑龙江渤海 81 9% ,经 2 1- 2 8d胚后发育上浮平游开食。The incubation technology of land-locked Atlantic salmon eyed eggs is firstly reported in this paper At the incubation temperature of 3～11℃,when the larvae is hatched out, its accumulated temperature is 140～221℃,and hatching rate of Beijing and Heilongjiang province are 87 6% and 81 9% respectively,21～28 days after embryonic development the larvae begins to swim upward and eat forage,moreover the larvae rearing technology and management are also introduced in the paper
