摘  要:张28井是大斜度多靶点的定向探井,目的是为探明张店油田南38断块宽缓鼻状构造油气情况。该井斜深为3034.00 m、造斜点为1950.50 m、A靶点为2247.71 m、B靶点为2491.92 m、C靶点为2824.97 m、最大井斜为75°、井底位移为926.31 m。针对不同井段、井斜、地层及诸多工程不利因素影响情况,采取了不同的钻井液技术措施。井深1900-2122 m填井前的造斜井段到增斜井段,用聚合物润滑钻井液;井深1950-2175 m填井后重新定向,用正电胶聚合物钻井液;井深2175-2480 m增斜井段,用正电胶聚合物润滑钻井液;井深2480-3034 m稳斜井段,用正电胶聚合物润滑防塌钻井液。现场应用结果表明,正电肢聚合物润滑防塌钻井液与其它处理剂配伍性好,具有较强的抑制性、防塌性,携岩能力强、润滑性好,并能较好地保护油气层,满足了南阳油田张店地区复杂地层特殊井的施工要求。Well Zhang-28 was a high deviated directional exploratory well with multiple targets, with a measured total depth of 3034 m, a maximum deviation of 75°and a bottomhole displacement of 926. 31 m. Its KOP was planed at 1950. 5 m, and the three targets were located at 2247. 71 m, 2491. 92 m and 2824. 97 m respectively. Different drilling fluid technologies were adopted based on the different hole sections, well deviations, formation conditions and other on-site engineering siturations. Polymer lubricating drilling fluid was used from 1,900 m to 2,122 m in the kicking-off and building-up section, and the well was then packed and reorientated from 1,950 m to 2,175 m, with MMH drilling fluid used. MMH lubricating drilling fluid was used in the building-up section from 2,175 m to 2,480 m, and in the holding-up section from 2,480 to 3,034 m, MMH lubricating sloughing control drilling fluid was used. Field applications showed that the MMH drilling fluid had such advantages as good compatibility with other additives, better inhibition and sloughing control ability, better cuttings transportation and lubricity, and better formation protection results. It was suitable for using in drilling of the complicated formations in Zhangdian area of Nanyang oilfield.
