摘　　要：通过宏观检查、超声波检测、硬度测试、金相检查等方式,对一台200m^3液化石油气球罐内壁鼓泡的成因进行了全面的分析,在此基础上,对在用储罐和新建储罐提出了鼓泡防治措施和对策。By means of microscopic inspection, ultrasonic detection,hardness test and metallographic examination, an overall analysis on the ballooning origin of internal wall of a 200 m3 LPG spherical tank is carried out. On the basis of inspection results,the countermeasures against the ballooning of in-service or newly-built LPG spherical tank is proposed.
