摘　　要：加热炉受热面积灰结垢问题是影响加热炉长周期高效运行的制约因素,蒸汽吹灰器由于其存在的除灰效果有限、可靠性与安全性差的问题,已不能够满足加热炉除灰要求,低频声波除灰系统能较好地解决这一问题,应用效果明显。The filth of the soot in the heated surface of the furnace affects and restricts its available operation with longer work-up period. The steam sootblower is not enough to meet the requirement of soot blowing for the furnace, due to its ill effect, uncertainty and poor safety. The sonic sootblower with lower frequency is better to soot blowing, and its effect is obvious.
