摘  要:本研究采用多秆多穗青饲玉米为材料,从基因型筛选、愈伤组织的诱导和继代培养、细胞悬浮培养等方面进行了系统的研究,获得四个胚性愈伤组织无性系。原生质体采用液体浅层培养、看护培养、琼脂糖包埋培养等三种方法。79、55、79-8三个基因型获得了愈伤组织和胚状体,并从79和79两个基因型获得再生植株。有一株移栽到土壤中正常生长、开花、吐丝,经过自交和复杂交获得三个正常结实的果穗,经发芽试验,种子具有发芽能力。This paper deals with systematic studies on the protoplast culture of multitiller and multi- spike forage maize,including selection of genotypes,induction and subculture of embryogenic calli,cell suspansion culture and protoplast culture.Methods such as liquid culture,nurse cul- ture and agarose bead culture were used for protoplast culture.Four cell clones were obtained. Of which calli and embryoids derived from protoplasts were induced from 79,55 and 79-8 three genotypes,and regenerated plants were acquired from 79 and 79-8.One of the regenera- ted plants,after being transplanted into soil,developed normally with flowering and caring. After self and cross pollinations three ears with normally developed seeds were obtained.These seeds germinared well in germination test.
