摘  要:目的 研究小儿急性肾小球肾炎患儿超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、脂质过氧化物 (LPO) ,维生素E(VitE)含量的变化及其在治疗上的意义。方法 采用放射免疫分析方法监测血SOD ;LPO则采用改良TBA法测定 ;VitE应用高压液相法测定。结果  1.肾炎患儿急性期SOD活力降低与恢复期及正常组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,SOD在恢复期活力明显提高 ,但仍低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 2 .LPO急性期显著升高与对照组相比非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,恢复期LPO下降 ,但尚未达正常水平 (P <0 .0 1)。 3.肾炎患儿血VitE浓度显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 氧化 抗氧化功能失衡参与了肾脏损伤及恢复 。Objective To investigate the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD), lipid peroxidation(LPO),vitamin E (VitE) in children with acute glomerulonephritis and their significances in treatment.Methods SOD in blood was detected by radioimmunoassay, LPO by improved method of TBA, and VitE by high pressure liquid chromatograph.Results The SOD of children with acute glomerulonephritis was lower than that of normal control group (P<0.01). The LPO of children with acute nephritis was higher than that of normal control group (P<0.01). The VitE of children with acute glomerulonephritis was lower than that of normal control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Disturbance of oxidation and anti-oxidation is engaged in nephritis damage aand recovery of children with acute glomerulonephritis, which can be used as a basis for clinical treatment.
