摘　　要：利用GIS平台 ,结合居住小区物业管理的特点 ,抽象出小区图、楼、楼层、房间等通用概念 。Utilizing the GIS and combining with the characteristics of property management in neighborhood,the paper abstracts the general concepts of the neighborhood,buildings,floors and rooms,and gives the model of property management in neighborhood.
