摘　　要：引用实例对中欧男排运动员掌握和运用跳发球技术的差异进行对比分析发现 :中国国家队男排队员在跳发球技术上与欧洲强队有不小的差距 .A contrast and an analysis on the differences between China and Europe Men volleyball player's mastery and application of the technology of running service,and there is great distance on the technoligy of running service between China and Europe men Volleyball players and a suggestion toward China team's technology of running service is made.
