摘　　要：用烧结法生产喷涂氧化铝。试验采用水冷非转移式等离子喷枪 ,工作气体N2 、H2 ,其纯度 99 9%。稳定相α -Al2 O3,经等离子焰流熔融、淬冷后 ,转变为亚稳相γ -Al2 O3,经试验确定 ,Al2Production of alumina for sputtering with sintering process.In tests the water cooling non-transference type spray gun was used,working gases were N 2,H 2,their purity was 99 9% separately.After melted by the plasma flame and quenched,the stabilizing phase of α-Al 2O 3 is transformed to sub-stabilizing phase γ-Al 2O 3 and spherical low sodium alumina.The tests show that the procedure of the phase transfomation is as following:
