摘　　要：对4Cr5MoSiV钢质锻模挤压铸造试验进行了简单介绍 ,对所用模具结构的改进及运用进行了说明 ,实现了在一定试验条件下靠压机横梁一次回程中的连续三步脱模。The extrusion founding test for forming the 4Cr5MoSiV-steel forging die was briefly introduced. All the improvements in the structure of the founding die and the operation of the die were stated. Continuous 3-stage stripping realized within one return stroke of the press cross-beam under certain test conditions. The points needing attention in using the extrusion founding die were listed.
