几种高产燕麦品种酯酶同功酶分析

摘　　要：用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对 10品种燕麦的酯酶同功酶进行了分析。结果表明 :10个燕麦品种的酯酶共有 16条带 ,7种表型 ;cultivars of oat (Avena sativa L.)were used to analyze the esterase isozymes by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the vertical plate.The results were as follows: There were 16 bands,7 phenotypes of esterase isozymes in 10 cultivars of oats;there were significant differences between propagated cultivars and introduced cultivars.
