重钢高炉新建喷煤系统的设计

摘　　要：重钢高炉新建喷煤系统采用直接喷吹方式,制粉系统采用中速磨负压制粉,喷吹系统采用了浓相输送、双罐并列、喷吹主管加分配器等技术,全厂3座高炉共用1套喷吹系统。设计煤比200 kg/t,制粉能力可满足煤比250 kg/t的生产需要。Direct injection process was adopted in the design of new PCI system of Chongqing Steel's BFs. Medium speed mill system with negative pressure was adopted in pulverizing system. Some new techniques were adopted in injection system, shch as 2 tanks in parallel ,single pipe with distributor and dense phase transport. Only one set of injection system was designed for three BFs. The designing injection capacity is 200 kg/t,and the drying and grinding system has a capacity of 250 kg/t.
