摘  要:以高产大豆品种黑农 37为对照 ,观察高光效大豆品种黑农 4 0、黑农 4 1光合作用的日变化 ,发现 :(1)在饱和光强、适宜温度条件下 ,高光效大豆品种和高产品种的光合速率和暗呼吸存在明显差异。高光效品种的光合速率 (Pn)大于高产品种 ,高产品种的暗呼吸 (DR)强于高光效品种 ;(2 )高光效品种和高产品种的光补偿点差异不大 ,光合速率接近零时 (光补偿点 )的光子通量密度 (PFD)均在 36 0 μmol·m-2 ·s-1左右 ;(3)在PFD >190 0的饱和光强下 ,高光效品种和高产品种均出现光抑制现象 ,光合速率日变化表现为双峰曲线 ;(4)高光效品种比高产品种光抑制作用弱 。Using high yield soybean cultivars Heinong37 as the checker. The photosynthetic characters of soybean cultivars(lines) with high photosynthetic efficiency and high yield were studied. The results indicated that: i. There were some significant differences in photosynthetic rate (Pn) and dark respiration rate (DR) at saturated light intensity and appropriate temperature. Pn of the cultivars with high photosynthetic efficiency was larger that with high yield, but DR of the latter was stronger than that of the former. ii. There was a little difference in light compensation point among them. Photo flux density (PFD) was about 360 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 when Pn tended to zero. iii. When PFD>1 900 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 , photoinhibition occurred among the both cultivars. Diurnal variation of Pn expressed as a curve with two peaks. iv. The cultivars with high photosynthetic efficiency possess weaker photoinhibition than that with high yield. Critical temperatures of photoinhibition in high photosynthetic efficiency cultivars are higher than that in high yield onts.
