新疆哈密瓜上两种病原细菌比较鉴定及其田间消长动态的研究

摘　　要：自 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,新疆哈密瓜细菌性病害日趋严重 ,不仅在叶片上产生大量斑点 ,且在果实上产生大量果斑 ,使其产量和品质都受很大影响。 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 1年从新疆哈密瓜主要产区经大量采集分离 ,发现存在两类不同的菌株 ,各选取 15个代表性菌株经致病性测定和细菌形态学、培养性状、生理生化特性、G +Cmol%含量测定及寄主范围测定 ,确定供试菌株分别属于丁香假单胞菌黄瓜致病变种 (Pseudomonassyringaepv .lachrymans)和西瓜果斑病菌 (Acidovoraxavenaesubsp .citrulli)。经定期采集病样研究发现这两种病菌在田间不同时期存在着明显的数量变化。Thirty isolates of bacteria obtained from diseased melon plants of melon planting aeras of XinJiang were examined for their pathogenicity in 2000-2001, and morphological, cultural, physiolgical,biochemical as well as other characteristics. The results demonstrated that these isolates were respectively belong to Pseudomonas syringae pv. lachrymans and Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli. Field investigation showed that there was evident alternate predominance between these two kinds of Pathogens.
