摘　　要：根据颗粒镁较完全地溶于铁水和保证镁充分利用的条件选取喷吹模式 ,使脱硫剂单耗降低 ,铁损减少 ,处理工序时间缩短 ,铁水温降减小 ,喷枪寿命提高 ,喷吹过程平稳 ,有效降低铁水脱硫生产成本。Practice demonstrates that in selection of the injection pattern taking into consideration of the advantageous features of the pure granular magnesium such as full solution into the hot metal and high yield is much beneficial to reducing consumption of the desulphurizer and iron loss, cutting down the process time, minimizing the temperature drop in the hot metal, prolonging the service life of the injection lance, stabilizing the iniection process and lowering the production cost for hot metal desulphurization.
