摘　　要：“司外揣内”、“司内揣外”这种古老的对自然界的观察方法与近代控制论的“白箱”、“黑箱”、“灰箱”理论有相似之处 ,其实质都是从整体上把握证的本质 ,从整体上认识和调节人体机能 ,达到“活人”之目的。The ancient approach of observing nature, 'siwaichuainei'(estimation of internal mechanism in accordance with external manifestations) and vise versa, has something in common with the 'Black Box', 'White Box', 'Grey Box' theories of modern cybernetics. The central point of both is to grasp on the whole the essence of syndromes, and understand and regulate body functions, thus bringing people through illness.
