摘　　要：本文对成都地区流行的以头颈肿胀为特征的鸭传染病进行研究,描述了该病的流行特点、临床症状、病理解剖变化。通过人工感染试验、抗菌素、抗病毒药物、干扰素、康复血清治疗试验及鸭瘟疫苗紧急接种试验证明,本病是一种病毒传染病,并认为可能是一种不同于鸭瘟的新病,为本病病原鉴定、防治等研究提供了依据。A infectious disease of duck with the characteristic of'swollen head'is researched in this article.The epidemic characteristic,symptom and pathological changes are described.The authors carried out many experiments,such as artificial infecting experiment ,use of bacteriophage,antivirus drug,interferon and recovering duck serum to cure the ill ducks,this infectious disease was proved to be virus disease which was likely different from the duck plaque.The results are useful to identification of the pathogeny and prevention and cure of this disease.
