脉冲中频电整体治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探求治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。方法　随机分组观察腰椎间盘突出症病人 10 2例。治疗组 72例采用脉冲中频整体治疗 ,极板沿经络置于多个穴位上 ;对照组 3 0例采用局部治疗 ,将极板置于患处两侧。结果　治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为 93 %和 73 % ,经统计学处理 ,χ2 =4 64 (P <0 .0 1)。两组的治愈率及显效率为 77%和 5 6 6% ,χ2 =7 14 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组随访 6个月未见复发。结论　整体治疗组的疗效明显优于单纯进行局部治疗的对照组。Objectives To find out an effective method for the treatment of herniation of the lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods\ 102 patients were divided into two groups randomly. 72 in expermentcal group were treated with the electrodes put upon the acupuncture points along the course of meridians, and the other 30 patients as the control group were treated with the electrodes put on both sides of the affected part. Results\ The improvement rate of the experimental group and the control group are respectively 93% and 73%. The difference is significant, χ 2 =4.64( P <0.01). The cure rate and the improvement rate of the two groups are 77% and 56.6%, χ 2=7.14(P <0.05). The difference is significant, too. There was no relapse in the experimental group during the follow\|up of six months. Conclusions\ The systemic therapy is better than local therapy.
