摘　　要：通用读者证 (“一卡通”)是计算机技术、网络技术等现代化技术发展及在图书馆应用的产物 ,它不仅可集多种功能于一身 ,使多个证合为一个证 ,更重要的是实现文献借阅、读者信息的计算机管理 ,在方便读者的同时 ,提高图书馆的科学管理水平。本文从实施目的、步骤、体会等几方面对长春图书馆实行馆内通用读者证 (“一卡通”)作了详尽的总结与思考。General Reader's Card (All-in-one Card) is the result of the development and application of computer and network technology in the field of library.It integrates many functions in one card.and what's more ,it helps to realize the automation management of lion and reading as well as the reader's information. Thus, not only which makes things convenient for the readers,but also improves the scientific management level in libraries. The paper sums up the use of the library-widegeneral reader's card (All-in-one Card) from the views of goals,steps and discusses what the author has learned from the practice.
