摘  要:针对连铸结晶器内部流场及熔渣卷入过程 ,提出了两方程k -ε湍流模型和充填法数值计算模型 ,并采用硅油 /水模拟体系代替熔渣 /钢液体系 ,进行了模拟试验和数值计算。对充气造成的浸入式水口水流脉动的影响进行分析。计算结果与试验结果符合良好 。Three dimensional turbulent viscous flow analyses for the mold in the continuous casting process are performed by solving Reynolds averaged Navier Stokes equations with a two equation turbulence model. A silicon oil/water model is used to represent the real slag/molten steel setup. The slag entrapment is simulated with the filling method. The influence of injected gas on entrapment of the mold powder is studied considering the fluctuation of the inlet flow velocity. Comparison of simulation results with experiment results of a water model is made and there exists good agreement between the numerical and measured results.
