摘  要:湿法水下焊接最常见的缺陷是 :焊缝气孔、焊缝成形差、焊缝及热影响区氢致裂纹敏感性大 .作者通过分析水下焊接的冶金特点 ,设计了相应的焊条配方 ,初步解决了焊接过程电弧气泡不稳定的问题 ,并降低了电弧气泡中氢的浓度 ,避免了以上问题的产生 .The most frequently encountered defects in the process of wet underwater welding are the gas hole of welding seam, poor formation of welding, high sensitivity of hydrogen induced cracking on welding seam and heat affected zone.In this paper, the composition of welding rod is designed according to underwater welding metallurgical characteristics. The problem of arc bubble instability is initially solved in the process of welding.The density of hydrogen in arc bubble has been reduced. The questions mentioned above can be refrained from the welding process.
