摘 要:低温转化法生产硫基氮磷钾 (SNPK ,标称 15 - 15 - 15 ) ,成本低、适用性广 ,既可采用十字管反应器、转鼓造粒流程 ,也可采用喷浆造粒流程 ,但均存在产品养分不均衡 ,ω(N)偏低、ω(P2 O5)偏高。针对这一问题 ,介绍了用提高混酸反应料浆的中和度、提高硫酸用量、补加尿素等方法来提氮降磷 ,均衡产品中各养分的含量。通过物料衡算和生产试验 ,得出 :优惠条件是反应料浆中和度 1 8、硫酸用量 118%、每吨产品的尿素添加量为 4 5kg ;产品中的ω(N)由 11 34%提高到 14 6 0 % ,ω(P2 O5)由18 0 0 %降到 16 0 0 % ;由于磷酸和氯化钾原料消耗量下降 。The low temperature conversion process for sulfur based NPK production( S-NPK, nominal spec: 15-15-15) can be widely used with low cost, it not only can adopt cross pipe reactor and rotary drum for granulation ,but also spraying slurry for granulation, but the unbalanced nutrition exists in the product in the two processes,ω(N) is rather low and ω(P 2O 5) is rather high. For this problem, it introduces the methods for increasing nitrogen and decreasing phosphorus and balancing the content of each nutrition in the product by increasing the neutralization degree of the mixed acid reaction slurry, increasing the usage amount of sulfuric acid and adding urea and etc. The conclusion from material calculation and production experiment is: the favorable conditions are 1.8 of neutralization degree of the reaction slurry, 118% of sulfuric acid usage, the urea added to one ton product is 45 kg.ω(N) in the product is increased from 11.34% to 14.60 %; ω(P 2O 5) is decreased from 18.00% to 16.00%. Because the raw material consumption of phosphoric acid and potassium chloride are decreased, the production cost is further decreased.
