摘　　要：以硫、硫化钠、硫酸二甲酯为起始原料制备了二甲基二硫 ,然后用氯气氧化二甲基二硫得甲烷磺酰氯 ,经水解合成了甲烷磺酸 ,产品无色无味。甲烷磺酸的质量分数≥ 98% ,硫酸根离子和氯离子的质量浓度均小于 2 0A new technology for synthesis of methanesufonic acid was studied. Methane sulfonyl chloride is first prepare by reacting dimethyl disulfide which is prepared with sodium sulfide, sulfur and dimethyl sulfate with chlorine. And then methanesufonic acid which is colorless and oderless is obtained by the hydrolysis of methane sulfonyl chloride at 70～90℃. The content of methanesulfonic acid is above 98%, and the concentration of ions of sulfate and chloride are below 20 mg/L.
