摘　　要：随着流通体制改革的深入 ,连锁经营企业发挥着越来越重要的作用。With the development of the reform in the circulation field, chain operating enterprises play an increasingly important role. The article is aimed to study the healthy development and management strategy of the chain operating enterprises.
