摘　　要：为适应新的形势 ,中小型院校档案工作应向综合性、高效率、多功能、特色化方向发展 ,为此 ,档案工作者必须强化敬业意识、服务意识、合作意识。In the new situation, file work in small and medium sized colleges should be oriented toward comprehensiveness, proficiency, multifunction and characteristics. To improve file work, archivists should be conscientious, co operative and innovative.
