摘 要:通过对爆炸焊接现场地基土壤参数的测定和分析表明 :地基爆炸焊接冲击坑可分为压碎压密区、压密胀裂区、挤密区和振动区 ,各区半径与复合板装药半径存在线性关系。在爆炸焊接强冲击载荷下 ,土壤固体颗粒、空气和水的含量均无明显变化 ,表现为固定组分的 3组介质。在同级爆炸载荷下 ,粘土地基的密度变化较大 ,呈高压缩性 ,而密致散粒结构砂土地基密度变化较小。Soil anvil characteristics was studied both theoretically and experimentally, aimed at seeking soil anvil deformation mechanism under explosive welding strong impact loading, investigating influence of soil anvil characteristics on explosive welding quality, and making suggestions on soil anvil optimization. Based on measured data of soil anvil destruction caused by explosive welding, the destroyed zone of soil anvil might be divided into crushing and dense zone, dense and distended split zone, compact zone and intact zone. A linear relationship existed between radius of each failure zone and radius of explosive. It was suggested that the second explosive welding should be made outside the compact zone. Under explosive welding strong impact loading, soil anvil showed that the three phases of soil with a fixed composition, the water content and density of sandy soil anvil with even and intensive structure had no significant change. Higher welding quality was expected with sandy soil.
